This is a safe space for women to explore and embody their sacredness through ancient multi-cultural practices. From Yogic meditation to Shamanic journeys, from chants & mantra to somatic dance, from intuitive art to transcendental journaling, we release and grow along with the moon cycles. We honor our inner Goddess and hold space for each other to bring harmony and empowerment into the world.

As women, we need to find balance between our feminine and masculine energies and these group sessions give a deeper insight within.
