Emotions play a vital role in the journey of self-unfolding. And poetry is like a snapshot of a moment, of an experience of a strong emotion. Thankfully there are variety of emotions to let us know if our body and mind are in alignment with the life energy. A strong negative emotion indicates we are not in alignment and a strong positive emotion like happiness or empowered feeling indicates we are in alignment. The poems were written at different points of my life since the last few years, ever since I was initiated to my consciousness journey by my Guru.
